How soon will I get my ebook?
The download link available immediately after successful checkout. Some exclusive textbooks, The download link will be sent to your email within 1-12 hours.
if I don’t receive product email?
Sometimes the email goes to the SPAM folder, please do check that as well. If you don’t keep SPAM emails or can’t find ours, then please email us as along with your order number or the email you used for the order, and we’ll resend you the link within 8 hours.
I can’t open the downloaded file!
– If the file you receive is in .pdf format you can open it with a web browser or a pdf reader software like: “Foxit PDF Reader”.
– If the file you receive is in .zip format (this means there will be pdf files and epub files) you will need a zip file decompression software like: “iZip, Winrar, Bestzip, The Unarchiver”
Is the eBook permanent or rental? Can I print it?
It’s PDF without DRM protection so it’s permanent. You bought it and You OWN it. Forever. You can print it without any restrictions, access your ebook on any devices. Please just don’t share them as that won’t be right.
Are there any hidden charges?
The only cost involved is per product as mentioned on the product page. There are no other processing, delivery, maintenance or other hidden charges involved.
Are my details safe?
We never share or misuse your data. We also don’t store any payment information (as that is processed by payment processors like Stripe or PayPal).
